Balsam was absolutely lovely. She asked me what results I was expecting, she took her time and I didn’t feel rushed. Results were exceptional. Definitely will be coming back.

Honestly, I can’t recommend her enough!
She is the most talented beautician I’ve ever been to, the attention to detail and quality of her work is absolutely unmatched. I leave every single appointment obsessed with my lashes and have never once been disappointed. On top of being insanely talented, she makes you feel so welcome and comfortable, and the whole experience is genuinely 10/10 every time. Don’t walk RUN to her salon!
